I thought it was pretty good. Sure it's a remake of Charade but so what? It has a different tone and style than Charade, and can be completely enjoyed on it's own terms. I n fact I might actually like this one a tad better maybe. What's so bad about it?

I saw it in the theater in 2002 with friends and then I have caught it several times on hbo.

I agree, why the hate. Its good to me. I like the paris vibe and plus Thandie is absilutely gorgeous in this.
