shareHi from across the pond (state-side that is) this here film is a refrence to the burough (island/section) of new your called queens, Now I am not badmouthing queens but its is dangerous just like all the major cities in the us, and thus the mafioso looking guys at the bottom of the poster. Hope that gives some insight as to what the titile means.
