First Gong show contestant (in the movie)

Who the hell is it? He looks bloody familiar. Looks like a more wholesome version of Mickey Avalon but it can't be him he was turning *beep* tricks when this movie came out. Can't find him on the credits page on IMDB, anyone know who it is? Is it just a familiar face on somebody irrelevant (in the movie biz that is)?

The one that sings "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head"? If that was first, I'm pretty sure that's actual footage from the show.

It sure looks like Paul Dano to me,but it could be archive footage of a guy who happens to look like him.

A lot of actors got their starts by going on game shows. I've seen a few familiar faces as contestants over the years. I think they also show up as IMDB credits

I was wondering the same... That guy really looked familiar, yet he is not credited in the movie.
