I just watched this film and estimate about 12 minutes each for Sandrine and Mia and about 20 for Lindy because she played two roles.
However, as Mia Kirshner was very slutty and gratuitously naked, you should multiply her screentime by 15.976234 giving her a total screentime of over 3 hours.
