posters, fools; a hidden meaning?

Stop mixing up Paula (Julia, redhead firee) and Julie (Stockard, blonde promotee). Wow, I'm sleepy. That might look wrong but it makes sense otherwise. The credits weren't particularly helpful in clearing these up, which is funny because the movie could be based on the same thing.. unless as the other posters said the accusation was just a lie.
