Clark Gable is a terrible host!

Bring Joey Greco back!

reply

Is that his real name? I was a little surprised to see that he has a sleeve tattoo.

"Fine, go back to your day laborer. Oh they make sooo much money!" - Jilted husband on Cheaters.

reply

Yeah, he's the grandson of the famous actor.

The "new" Clark Gable is a vile stain on the family name. He is simply wooden, and ridiculously self-righteous about the "public service" that he is providing. Joey Greco at his very smarmiest never came close to blockhead Clark.

I do remember seeing an episode where the "suspect" asked "Who are you?" and then upon hearing the name, said "No, you're not."

He was right.

reply

Good god is he bad. Bring back Tommy Grand (Habeeb) or Greco. I never realized how good Greco was until Gable. It is really really bad now.

the first thing i noticed was horrible the new 'host' was. He has zero empathy for the complainants, even fake empathy and talks like he is using a cue card. Clark needs to just stop.

Hannibal: "sniff"
Will: "Did you just smell me?"

If you want to get even more annoyed, be sure to watch his repetitive hand gestures during the studio segments.

Once you notice that, he becomes even more grating...

Assuming the stabbing incident and the time Greco got hit on the head were real, not staged, I think Greco got tired and left. Clark looks like he'd hit strike back, and that's why they have him hosting. Besides, I think the female clients like him better than they did Greco. I remember one episode a couple of years ago when the 3rd party accused Greco of being gay and suggested he date the male client while the 3rd party stayed with "the suspect." Maybe Greco didn't like being labeled gay.

Oh yea, for sure... Joey Greco (almost!) always looked like he was barely hanging in there (almost as if he didn't belong). Guess that had been some of the charm, of the -whole- show; but, once Gable was on the scene: that was it! Became a show that I could watch, hehe.

Anyway, re-runs are on CBS Reality (Europe cable) & dropped by to check if IMDB might have some more info about what could happen in 2017. Looking forward to it...

Edit: Oic., so probably Greco trying to act:http://www.insideedition.com/investigative/853-inside-edition-investigates-cheaters
