I Cant Believe Im The First Person To Post About This Movie

I would of thought they would be a really more posts but Im the first one, Hopefully after I post this it will get replies and then this board will get more posts cause this is a really good movie. They are alot of talented people in this movie, This is the 2nd movie I've seen of Patrick Levis's. He's a really good actor also, The first movie of his that I saw was Brink! and I love that one along with this one of course. So what did everyone else think about the movie?

I really enjoyed the movie last night, too. I hadn't seen it before, at least I didn't remember it. As a big fan of Donny and Marie, it was fun to see the behind the scenes stuff. It looked like Donny was pretty miserable. If so, he was a great actor. Because when I watched the show, he totally looked like he was having a good time. What a professional! I still love him. :)

I was too young to understand the hype of the older Osmond brothers and don't remember them at all. I didn't realize what "rockers" they were. They were pretty good.

The Osmonds are a very talented family.

I knew this wasn't the "Side by Side" version of the Osmonds that they said it was on the SOAP network. That version has Marie playing her mother.

Even so, this was a good movie. I have always liked the Osmonds and feel they are a very talented family. Their father was a typical Mormon patriarch, and no one ever stood up to him, even if they were miserable.

My respect for the Osmond children is great, seeing how much they had to go through.

Does anyone know where I can buy this movie? Thanks

I love this film too. I'm just (only just!) too young to remember the Osmonds in their hey day (I was born in 1967) but I've got several of their songs on my MP3 player (you can't beat Crazy Horses or Down by the Lazy River!).

It's the ending that always gets me - the bit where the actors gesture towards the rear of th stage and the real Osmonds take over. It moves me to tears every time because you can see just how much of a family they were (before their parents died) and how, no matter what they went through and lost, they still wanted to be on the same stage together.
