They have lived together for a number of years and have at least one child but I don't believe they are married. By the way, they've played husband and wife in two other films, "Ils se marierent et eurent beaucoup d'enfants" ("Happily Ever After" is the English title), in 2004, and "Love, etc.," in 1996.

Most European countries have similar laws that give the same rights to wed and unwed couples.

It says on both Charlotte's and Yvan's biography in IMDB that they are married with 2 children.
They are listed as each other's spouse but it didn't say the year they were married though.
