What song?

What song is played in the beginning of this film? It's a reggae song and it says something about working. And I know it's not Bob Marley - Work.

reply

Daniel Lemma I think with the song "If I used to love you" or something like that.

reply

It cant be Daniel Lemma's "If I used to Love you" because that song is as slow as it gets.

reply

it is daniel lemma for sure

reply

Yes it's definitively a Daniel Lemma song, but I don't know what it's called. I've got two of Daniel Lemmas albums; "Morning Train" and "Meeting at the Building".

I really love this movie, and I also love the soundtrack. I've seen the movie too many times, but I still like the excellent soundtrack.

But I can't find this one song. On "Morning Train", I recognised plenty of songs from the movie. At least 3-4, but I can't find this one at the begining of the movie, when "Roro" and "Måns" are collecting dog waste.

I think the album "Morning Train" was released a while after the movie, so the song is probably not on that album either.

Don't anyone know the name of this song?

reply

I've tried to find the soundtrack in the stores. Impossible. And I also tryed to find the song on the internett, but can't find anything!

What is the name of the song on the soundtrack album???
I'm talking of; If i used to Love you

reply

The song is called "Know my line" and it is by Davis Lemma, too. It isn't published, it was just made for the movie. He is thinking of publish it, but is now focussing on his new Songs.

reply

That's a big shame. I really liked it. Daniel lemma just released a live album, but is he also going to release a studio album anytime soon?

Did anyone know the swiss Ska Band "Kalles Kaviar". I've believe that I saw a concert annoucement at one wall. Maybe some of the ska tunes are material of that band.

Cheers

Funny (and interesting) mixup facts...

1. The ska band "Kalles Kaviar" is actually (as you wrote) from Switzerland.

2. Kalles Kaviar is a food product of Sweden, a kind of caviar on tube (like toothpaste), to put on eggs or on bread, instead of e.g. cheese or ham.

3. There is no music by the band "Kalles Kaviar" in the movie.

Off-topic: Why does a Swiss music band name themselves after a Swedish food product? To confuse americans even more (no one in US seems to know the difference between Switzerland and Sweden)?
