Ice Planet - US availability

Does anybody know where or if this movie is available in the US. I've done Google, Bing and Ask queries and I can't find a source. I have found copies on EBay but they are all dvd region 2 formats and I'm not sure if the language is English. Thanks for any help anybody can provide.
