Movie looked so dated. Loved that it was an action movie without guns though.

Just seen it and thought exactly the same thing.
The sudden zoom ins on actors faces, the stuntmen who clearly ARENT the characters they're portraying, the weird cutty editing - all screams cheap early 90s.

I agree. At first, I really thought this movie was from the early 90's. It had a dated look to it. But still, I kinda enjoyed it. Maybe it was the director's intention to make the movie look dated. But seriously, I never would've assumed that this film was from 2003.
shareI didn't think it looked like the 90s. Tommy Lee Jones looked older in this than in the 1993 film the Fugitive.
