Who was the girl in the shower?

At one point there is an overhead shot of a woman in the shower, lying on the bottom, covered in blood. Who the hell was that? I admit to being confused at certain parts of the movie, but I could otherwise always at least tell who I was looking at.

It was the actress girl.

Mi-ryong, the advertisement actress, I believe.
She's just split with Jung-wook, and comes home... and gets into nice hot shower...

It's Mi-Ryoung. The one who just drove away in the car in the scene before.
