Should this be watched in English?

I have it rented at the moment and was surprised to find that the default setting is dubbed in English, and thought about changing it right away. But then I realized that it totally works with the kind of parody they're going for. What are your thoughts on it?

No. Dubbing is evil, and should not be encouraged.

Or unless the director actually reccomends it, like Fellini did with 8 1/2.

Not with this film, as it's not really a silly comedy; there are a few comic moments, but it is mostly played serious, and has some real drama. "Black Tiger" really is a work of art and should be seen in it's original language. I also took a look at the English dubbing; it's really bad, destroys the film.
