Just watched this series...

Even though I am not a fan of Cathryn Cookson books or adaptations.
I wish I had kept count of how many times Hal threatened to kill someone, lol...seems like he said it a dozen or more times.
Overall it was a pretty decent series, a bit melodramatic and too neat at times. But not too bad.
It was weird though, how they played such favorites about Kate over their own children. Also it seemed kind of far-fetched that so many people lived through various accidents and shooting, falling off cliffs, etc...especially Kate. Taking the bullet out was the least of the problems back then. Nearly everyone died of infections or blood poisoning.
