Questions/Observations.

I know that it's an animated movie, but it's also sci-fi with a protagonist that's a genius and that constantly talks about real life science. Therefore, the movie is expected to have logic in certain aspects.

1) Retroland is obviously targeted at children, so why is it opening on a school night?
2) Was Retroland in another town? No? Then how didn't the kids notice the space ships?
3) During the invasion, CINDY & LIBBY were at the house of one of them; not at Retroland. And I'm sure other kids were at their houses too.
4) Did the aliens only take parents? Then there would've been some adults left on town. There also would've been teens and elders.
5) Even if the aliens did take every adult in town, there's still the rest of the world. There are countless reasons why they should've noticed the space ships.
6) During the montage of what kids would do without parents, we see CARL riding a llama. So his fear of llamas (he barely touched one at Retroland) came from his parents?
7) The kids know how to operate cameras and other equipments to broadcast the news?
8) The kids can breathe in space?*
9) JIMMY hops on one of the aliens' armors and flies with it. So there are controls inside? How do the aliens control them?
10) I can believe that some time passed between JIMMY's realization that the parents were abducted and the trip to space, enough for him to teach the other kids how to pilot the ships. However, that doesn't explain why they know how to pilot the aliens' ships. Specially SHEEN, who at one point does it on his own.

*Edit: Someone asked this in another thread and someone else replied that it was explain on the show. That's no excuse. Neither are explanations in sequels, novelizations nor books movies are based off. The movie itself has to explain it.
