He's kinda lame but end of the day Dante's so tough he can say what he likes

hahahahaha, thats my favorite line... I'd go more with lame voice actor and script writers... actions speak louder than words, and he kicks quite a lot of ass

I agree he's pretty lame. He comes off as a try-hard-I-think-I'm cool-badass-wannabe.

Now Solid Snake is a true badass because he's more relaxed and not so pretentious.

However the voice actor is also an influence concerning the character's lameness.
I think both Dante and solid snake are just as badass.
