Bush got a job at a magazine company. Was this spoofing Just Shoot Me? Or was it spoofing another sitcom. Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure it was Just Shoot Me. Wasn't there another show kinda like that with Kirstie Alley or some one?

The "spin-offs" that were showcased in the final episode ("Moving on Down", "Teach Me, Mr. B", "Brew Ha Ha", and "Witty Banter") are all parodies of the shows The Jeffersons, Welcome Back, Kotter, Cheers, and Just Shoot Me.
