I can't believe they made remade this

quite unusual i would think starring in the same role requiring the same age range in the original and remake with about 30 years between productions, i guess there is no problem with taking on that part here, i think the daughter in this is an actress that used to appear in "the bold and the beautiful" soap series many years after appearing in this, she seemed like such a great actress, left the show after a while i think, tend to happen sometimes on that show. i got the original movie on a vhs in such poor quality that its about unwatchable, so i'm actually more common with this version, though you constantly see clips from the original, this version i've never heard mentioned.
