A dishonest biography full of feminist claptrap

It seems that Frances Marion ( nee Marion Owens ) was a very talented woman, but this dishonest biography omits all the negatives from her life ( like 3 extra marriages ! ), and is full of annoying feminist oratory by women unrelated to Marion.

Dishonest, really? I think not. Just because they decided to stay on the positive side of Marion's life doesn't mean they lied.

And I am far from feminist, and I didn't feel that this film had a feminist edge to it at all. Just because it is about a woman and supports women in film doesn't make it feminist garbage.

It's a great story and it needed to be told. It's especially relevant to modern times.

She was born in 1888, this was made in 2000. Kind of hard to get a comment from a contemporary don't you think?
Guess we all have our opinions on what's annoying and claptrap.
