I'd love to see an R-rated 'Scooby Doo' movie.

I have felt this way since the 80's when the thought occurred to me...unlikely as it is to actually happen, it would be really neat to do an R-rated Scooby Doo movie, in which the monsters are actually murderous; and all the spooky sleuthing action would have an additional edge. In other words: Make it scary! Make it more serious! Such a thing could still be funny and goofy and flirty to a certain degree, and you could keep the cartoon colors and the groovy van and so on. But make it something surprising.

Again, it's unlikely this would ever happen. But if it did, I would be right there for it.

I won't rule out a reboot in the near future!

There was a Scooby Doo porn movie a while back but I don't remember the name of it. I only heard about it. I didn't watch it.

I remember that, wasn't it with Fred and Daphne? I saw a picture of them two in bed and then getting murdered on my aunts Black Planet page when I was a little girl.

It's probably not the one you're talking about but "Scooby Wattado Poundin" is HILARIOUS

I heard this was originally going to be PG-13 with more pot references and a potential relationship with Daphne.

R rated would be really cool, especially if Shaggy was the stereotypical stoner.

Hell No...

There won't ever be an R-rated 'Scooby-Doo' movie. It's too established as a Kids program. MAYBE a PG-13 one, MAYBE... But it'll probably be a soft PG-13 that's still appropriate for Kids like the 2014 Ninja Turtles movie (which in my opinion was more PG than PG-13 had it not been for the mild swearing).

Think of what the IMDB boards would look like if they did that haha. Rows and rows of threads about how the movie ruined their childhood and how it doesnt feel the feel of scooby doo.
