It took Steve so much effort to explain to the other guys about his money problem. He had to make diagrams and everything to tell such a simple story! I highly doubt that the mentally handicapped are THAT slow! Or when they keep punching him in the crotch, and then don't realize till later the pointlessness of it.
shareI got the feeling they were just kind of messing with him pretending not to understand. Because in the scene before that, they were talking about how they can put on when they want to. I don't know, I just kind of thought they may have just been playing with him. lol
"Will, I told you...If you live with a hetero long enough...You're going to catch it."
It was an uncharacteristically "insensitive" bit in the film, but it was funny enough to warrant forgiveness.
