Is there a way I can just view a particular cutscene?

Okay, so I first want to say that the funniest cutscene in the entire game and probably funniest scene period is when the German goon goes to Igna Wagner and informs her that Cate got away and that he failed. He tries to persuade her to punish him by any means such as electrocution, etc., but "begs" her not to prevent him from watching her sing. Wagnew decides that his punishment will then be that he can't watch her sing for two weeks. As she walks away, the goon loses his cool and shouts, "No singing for two weeks!! WOO-HOO!!!!" But Wagner, who was literally just feet from him, hears this and tells him that not listening to her sing is considered inhumane, and that electrocution will be a better punishment.

Is there a video clip of this particular cutscene? If so, can any of you give me the link? I just wanna see the cutscene over and over again because it's that funny in my opinion, especially since it's so random as it doesn't truly advance the story one bit. It's just there to be stupid.
