Original Version w/English subtitles

Does anyone know where I can find this in its original form and with the accurate subtitles? I really don't want to buy the Miramax version which changed the colors as well as the subtitles. I think it goes without saying but I don't care about what region it is as long as it's the version I'm speaking of (sorry Im not sure which region that actually is I just know it's out there)
