Possibile trivia or hint -spoilers-

I'm not sure if this RIGHT, but here's goes:

Scene:In the hospital when Ash visits Murphy. From the elavator, walking, then going into the ward room.

Trivia:In the elavator, notice the white-haired doctor with the doctor's instrument around his neck? He and other nurses walks behind while Ash walks toward the camera. That's 1st encounter.

The third time, you can see the white-haired doctor, with his face for the first time, walking towards the camera in the hallway. Second encounter.

As Ash walks through the hallway, a white-haired doctor passes her. You can see faintly the black lining of the doctor's instrument but not his face. 3rd encounter.



I can't be sure this is right. But three times? Are they short of actors? Despite being able to prepare real freakin tanks?

Another one in the hallway, notice the large doctor with black hair trimmed to the back? The one who walks out of a door and looks for a sec at the camera at second encounter?

He appears again(i may be wrong) at the 3rd encounter, can't see his face, but his large body and black hair seemed like the same person.

In short, Ash passes the white-haired doctor three times, the black hair/large-body black haired doctor two times as she walks in the hallway towards Murphy's room. How is that even possible?
For me, this cleared up the dissapearence of the dog.
