The scene in the meadow of flowers

I liked this film okay, although the plot was a little busy. The scene in the meadow of flowers was a lot like another recent scene in the top grossing film franchise, Twilight. I'm wondering if this scene was a trigger for Stephanie Meyer to write the books, after all, she did say she dreamed the part of the meadow of flowers with Bella and Edward, albeit Edward was a Vampire and not a mortal like the character of Embry was in this film, and since this film came out before she said she dreamed the scene which made her write the books, there might be a correlation, a possible trigger perhaps. Essentially, there may be some evidence linking one's dreams to having some basis in reality, maybe. It's quite possible, I'm not saying plagiarism or anything along those lines, I'm just saying they were alike. And in my opinion, I don't think it's really thematic. Any opinions out there??

I do have a degree in psychology and a minor in critical film theory in case any one is wondering what nerve I have comparing the two. LOL.

I duno, the whole "frolicking in a field of flowers" thing is kind of a cheesy cliche to show romance. I doubt Twilight copied it anymore than Abandon copied it from somewhere else.
