Plot question re: Dinner Out (spoilers)

I think I got everything on my first viewing, except one thing. Bishop recognized the name of the op, Dinner Out, to mean that he was saved by Muir. What was the significance, how did he recognize it? I'm sure it was something obvious that I missed early on.

I enjoyed the movie by the way.

Bishop has gave Muir a birthday gift, remember that?

Muir thought that was bought in Beirut but Bishop said it was from London during a misson named "Dinner Out".

Since Bishop was dating Elizabeth at that time, it's kind of obvious that he got that thing from Elizabeth at a dinner. And Elizabeth was from London. That's way he called it "Mission Dinner Out".

Anyway, "Dinner Out" was a name that Bishop made, so certainly he could recognize it when he heard about it.

Dinner Out was the name of a racket he(Bishop) was running. He mentioned this to Muir when he gave him his birthday present while they were having breakfast at the Mexican diner.

^^ Lucie got it right. It was an import scheme Bishop was running, bringing goods into Beirut from the West. It wasn't the name of an op. He told Muir that's how he got that nice flask he gave him.
