Finally getting released on Blu-Ray

I saw Best Buy had it listed as coming out yesterday, September 13, but that didn't happen. HOWEVER...what is happening is this:

They are releasing the entire trilogy in a box set. The cover art sucks and there's a whole disc devoted to 25 minutes of rest Ratner talking about the movies (I mean seriously, this is the guy that made X-Men The Last Stand. He's not very bright). But as of now, there is no release date for a copy of Rush Hour 2 on its own if that's what you are looking for. This seems to be the only way to get it on Blu-Ray unfortunately. But, seeing where I don't own the the first one and third one on blu-ray and only on DVD and I'm converting all of my DVDs to Blu-Ray, i will be buying this set.

And about damn time they released the 2nd one in some way shape or form on blu-ray

I will just trade the first and third to fye and get that.

I got it for Christmas. Very nifty set. Great price for three movies and a decent amount of bonus content. Definitely worth purchasing.

To be honest, the more I look at it, the more I like the cover art. They actually put some effort into it, and it's a lot better than the previous DVD/Blu-Ray cover arts in my opinion. Like a lot of films of the era, the DVD/Blu-Ray covers always looked cheap and quickly thrown together to me. Especially by the time they got to the third film and the cover was just clearly a very rushed Photoshop job they probably had some unpaid intern throw together in less than five minutes. ("Just throw the characters on it with a blurred background and an adjustment layer to give everything an orange tint! Brilliant!") At least this one has some character to the cover art.

And FURTHERMORE, this is my signature! SERIOUSLY! Did you think I was still talking about my point?
