Is it really possible to kill someone with a water bottle like in here?

Well, I've never tried it, but I'd guess it would be possible provided you put enough strength behind it. I reckon a really powerful man could manage it. As for a woman with a slender build, I really doubt it. Maybe it was hard water.

That small detail apart, I really liked this movie. I thought Harumi Inoue gave a great performance (and the fact that she's majorly easy on the eyes didn't exactly hurt, either!). I'll need to check out her other work.

it was frozen...i think. if it was just water ,no nobody no matter how weak can get killed w/a water bottle!!!!

I just took an unopened water bottle from my fridge and lightly tapped my head with it (I'm not a person with a strong build either)and it was pretty hard. I think with enough force you can knock someone out with it. The protagonist had a larger bottle so I can image the damage you can do with it

Depends on the water bottle.I doubt you can with the thin ones. But the hard bottles could kill you especially if you know where to hit someone.
