Mike, they're not really criticizing the movie. They poke fun at everything, and usually it's actually pretty affectionate.

Anyway, awesome, I love the "Everything Wrong With" videos. The AMV Hell-esque series of clips at the end was the best part.

In the own words, CinemaSins are not critics they are *beep* So if you make your video there is a good chance they will agree with it and then make a Sins video on your video.

I never realized how weird and gross the tampon thing was in the movie until I watched that Sins video.

It's not so weird for Hirono to know about Mitsuko being on her period. Sometimes you get sneak-attacked and you have to ask your girlfriends if they've got any tampons or pads on them. It happens. There's no reason why she'd know about Megumi, though, that's where it gets creepy.

Also further proof that the movie was very definitely written by a man, because tampons do not go in the toilet, Mitsuko. Gross.

I didn't find it weird that she knew Mitsuko was on her period like, as you said, she may have asked her for a tampon a few days before or she may have just mentioned it as girls sometimes do to their friends if they're having pains or anything but it creeped me out when she said she knew it wasn't Megumi's because she checked?! Eeeewwwww!!! She basically checked a dead girls vagina to see if she was on her period or had a tampon in or something! That is gross!

And I literally had the same thought as you when she said the tampon was in the toilet! I was like 'No! That's not where they go, Mitsuko!' sometimes small things like that can make it obvious if it's written by a man or a woman!
