Is there anyone that knows where you can get this series on DVD? I have tried looking but have been unsuccessful

I've been looking for years but not even a bootleg has surfaced. There's just no demand at all.

Just found a set of 23 episodes on ioffer. Its not all of them but its probly the most we're going to find.
