Will this ever see a restored version in English?

I love Outlaw Star. It's been a favorite of mine since it aired on Toonami, but, I'm wondering. The Japanese got to see a restored version of this (Not that it needed much restoring but it looked nicer) but as far as I know Bandai hasn't released a restored version in English on this side of the ocean. Is there a chance it'll appear or will it just stick to R2 DVDs =(?
