Who is the ferret face host?

I watched just a minute of this show and couldn't stand any more of it.

I don't know her name - I'm guessing it's Giuliana Rancic - but darn - she looks weird.

Way too anorexic - and it makes her face look so thin and pointed she looks like a rat.
