Back inside Benoit tries a german suplex but Kish is too fat, but he gets it on a second try. Benoit goes to the crossface and Rikishi makes the ropes. Suplex reversal sequence leads to the fishermans suplex from Val for the pin at 7:55. Im going 2 1/2 stars.

Almost a total squash for Bull who beats Elroy all over the place until he misses a scissor kick and Crash gets the rolling cradle for the pin to a big pop at 3:48. 1 star.

Match #5
Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Championship Match
Too Cool Vs The Hardy Boyz Vs Edge And Christian Vs T+A w Trish Stratus
Jeff and Albert start, then the Hardyz gang up on him. Test comes in and beats up a Hardy then Trish gets into a fight with Lita mirroring the Venis/Eddie match earlier. Test pumphandle slams Matt then Jeff swantons onto both of them but apparantly it's not supposed to hurt Matt unless the story called for it and he pins Test to send T+A packing. Scotty and Jeff fight, then Christian tags Scotty. E+C beat up Matt then the ref gets distracted and Lita gets a big pop by going up top and hitting the ran on Edge but it only gets 2 for Matt. Matt escapes the impaler and hits the twist of fate for 2. Edge stops the swanton attempt from Jeff, while Matt attempts a twist of fate on Edge, Christian sneaks up and kills him with the unprettier to eliminate him. Crowd is disgusted. Grandmaster Sexay comes in with a missile dropkick on Edge. Too Cool do the each of us grab one of Christians arms and do a wave and clothesline him spot. Crowd liked it. Edge cheapshots Scotty and the heels beat him up for a moment. Sexay hottags and catapults Edge into Christian and they do the accidental headbutt spot. Edge and Christian drop Sexay and imitate the Worm, Scotty catches both of them with the bulldog and does the real worm. They do the hiphop drop on Edge, but Christian sneaks in and bops Sexay with a title belt and pins Sexay at 13:45 to win the belts. 2 1/2 stars.
Match #6
King Of The Ring Match
Intercontinental Champion Rikishi Vs Val Venis w Trish Stratus
These two had a mini feud going on at this point, nothing evolves here. Rikishi knocks him outside with a superkick and they brawl. Venis attacks the bad arm to gain advantage but goes up top and jumps off, gets caught and belly to bellied and pinned at 3:17. Venis wrecks Rikishi with the steel steps and a chair postmatch. 1 1/2 star.
Match #7
King Of The Ring Match
Kurt Angle Vs Crash
Angle dominates easily, with Crash getting some suprise offense but Angle inevitably gets the olympic slam and pin at 3:47 to go to the finals. It was halfway decent for being so short. 1 1/2 star.
Match #8
Hardcore Championship Evening Gown Match
Pat Patterson Vs Gerald Brisco
Worst match of 2000 right here. Next to David Arquette winning the world title anyway. I FF, Crash saves the day and whacks both with a trash can and pins Pat for the belt. DUD!!!
Match #9
Table And Dumpster Handicap Tag Team Match
The Dudley Boyz Vs X-Pac, Roadogg Jesse James And Tori
DX can only win by putting both Dudleyz in a dumpster and the Dudleyz can only win by putting all three through a table. Dudleyz gets the whazzup on all three then DX manage to get both Dudleyz into the dumpster but the ref doesn't see it because he's farting around with Tori outside the ring. Dudleyz meanwhile sneak out some side panels (why does a dumpster need side trapdoors?) and DX open it up for the ref and find no Dudleyz. Dudleyz sneak in with chairs then lay out DX and set up two tables and RD goes through them. Pac sets up a table and puts D-Von on it but ends up getting superplexed through it. Tori hides in the dumpster and the idiots go after her and DX whack em and close the lid to win at 9:23. Dudleyz get revenge and put Tori through a table. 2 stars.
Match #10
King Of The Ring Title Match
Intercontinental Champion Rikishi Vs Kurt Angle
Brawl outside to start. Back in, Kurt blocks the Stinkface and attacks the bad arm. Rikishi gets the samoan drop and a samoan neckbreaker two. Stinkface follows and Angle hits the olypmic slam and amazingly it only gets 2. Rikishi blocks a sunset flip by sitting on Angle for 2. He goes up top, gets crotched, and gets super overhead belly to bellied off and pinned at 5:41. Your 2000 King Of The Ring, Kurt Angle. 1 1/2 star. Angle is supposed to also become #1 contender for the world title at Fully Loaded, but you know how much wrestling likes honoring stipulations.
Match #11
World Heavyweight Championship Tag Team Match
HHH, Vince McMahon, and Shane McMahon w Womens Champ Stephanie McMahon Helmsley Vs The Rock, The Undertaker And Kane
Whoever pins Whoever wins HHH's heavyweight title. I friggin hate these types of matches. Kane and Shane start. Kane's mannerisms are totally out of character, he looks weird all pysched up and gives Shane a free punch then smears him all over the place. Rock tags in and gets beat up by HHH for awhile Taker comes in and Shane gets tagged by HHH and Taker anhiliates him. Chokeslam gets two, Rock saves. Taker and HHH fight it out and Taker with a ddt but Kane breaks the pin. Rock comes in and gets stomped by the heel team, and a brawl erupts. Rock and HHH are left alone in the ring, where HHH Pedigrees Rock, and Taker is supposed to save it but isn't paying attention so let's pretend Rock kicking out here was all part of the match. HHH is left alone with the faces. Rock won’t tag out. Rock gets beaten on by the McMahons for awhile. Kane turns on Taker. Back in, Rock goes for the People’s Elbow on HHH, but Kane catches him and chokeslams him. It's one big clusterfk. HHH assumes Kane is on his side, but of course gets nailed and tombstoned by him. Taker saves the pinfall. He throws Kane into the steps then lays him out with a chair and then does the best spot of the match and chokeslams Shane off the apron through the spanish table. Vince tries the corporate elbow on Rock, but Rock pops up, Rock Bottom on Vince wins him the world title at 17:21. See? Nobody important jobbing to anyone in a title match. Shane pushes it to 2 stars.
Overall Opinion: So much for that good ppv streak. The WWF 2000 was consistintly good from January until this show. 5 months ain't so bad. They had a great lineup for the KOTR and totally bitched it up with who faced who and who advanced. Not enough time for the matches either. Course they had to push that idiotic hardcore match for those two depraved losers Patterson and Brisco. The right choice would of been Angle and Jericho in the finals.
Final Score: 4.4
