Right duration

It's said on imdb that this episode is 60 min long.

I just bought the French DVD version from 2003 (which includes all 3 episodes with both Japanese language and French dub) and 3rd episode runtime is 37:15!!!

Does someone with another edition can check its copy's duration?

Since all 3 episodes are on one DVD, would it be possible that they cut a large part of this episode in order to make everything fit on the disc???
