Awesome Movie

Ok so, I just wanted to say that I LOVE this movie. I watch it every chance I get. At first I only saw it because Maura Tierney was in it and she's one of my favorite actresses, but then I was sitting there and laughing and I said whoa, this is a kickass movie. I love it when that happens, when you start to watch a movie for a stupid reason and then wind up loving it. The greatest line was *beep* *beep* *beep* by Pat. I fell off my couch laughing. I'd recommend it to anyone and have recommended it to my friends.

RIP Phil Hartman & Kurt Cobain

We actually just finished this in class because we finished reading Macbeth recently. It's a surprisingly good movie, even better if you know the play; many in jokes, as when one of the hippies says you should kill Macduff's family, and the other hippie says something liek "you could only do that a thousand years ago!"

Yeah same here... we finished Macbeth a while ago and watched this. I must say that I have become addicted to some of the songs now "beach baby beach baby give me your hand" haha it's still a great movie none the less

i think my favorite line is when MacDuff and Mac are talkin on the roof:
McDuff: Let me get this straight. You got me here to kill me. Norm wasn't enough?
Mac: Norm was an accident.
McDuff: Accidentally got tied up and fell in the fryilator?
Mac: You know what... it's kind of hard to explain, you sort of had to be there.

Macbeth has always been my favourite of all Shakespeare plays and when someone recommended this to me, I couldn't wait to see it. After watching it, I immediately watched it again and was instantly in love with it. I recommend it to everyone I know and hope they feel the same about it. Maura Tierney is superb as lady Macbeth and I love the classic Walken as McDuff (especially when he and Mac are discussing the french fry truck. I can't praise this off beat flick enough.

You ain't got a license to kill bookies and today I ain't sellin any. So take your flunky and dangle
