Help for modernizing Macbeth?

I have a class assignment to choose one scene of Macbeth and modernize it--into any setting we choose (so long as it is a contempary one), rename characters, and all we have to do is keep true to the spirit of the play. I really want to do something with Act V Scene I, I think it is, where Lady Macbeth is hallucinating while a doctor and servant listen as she basically confesses to planning Duncan's murder.

But I was just wondering: does anyone have good ideas for a modern-type place (the mob, for example--but I'm not using that on account of it's popularity with my classmates) that would work with the idea of the play? ANY ideas would be appreciated, as I've had a brain fart and can't think of anything good. =/

I figured I should try asking here (I'm getting slightly desperate for an idea) since, well, this movie itself is a great example of Macbeth in a modern day setting.
