don't let the absolutely horrible trailer fool you...

...this is a really good offbeat comedy. Sure, not everybody's going to like it. Particularly if you need your movies to be more of the mainstream Hollywood variety, or your comedies more of the Apatow-Hill kind, you might not like this film. But in the narrow genre of modernized Shakespeare, this one is a lot of fun. If you already know you're not going to like a black comedy that follows the Macbeth story, then see something else; don't watch what you already know you're going to hate and then post to a discussion board about how you hated it.

(And no, I don't like it only for the subject matter, just because my father's side of the family goes back to the actual Macbeth. Really.)
