I don't remember when it came out, but I do have the DVD - I'm watching it right now in fact! :D First time I got the second meaning of the dad's line: "No more recess? Hogwash!". Get it? The show is called Recess and it's canceled? xD

Ahh, I remember going to Disneyland every February during honors trip at my high school. I bought the soundtrack at Disneyland that year right around the time the film came out. I was 11. I'm turning 20 in a few days. It's a bit intense.

I was actually in high school when this movie came out, but when I'd come home from school I'd watch the show every now and then and actually liked it quite a bit. I took my boss at the time's son (who was relatively young and had autism; no real reason for you to know that, but there you go) to go see it and I loved it. So much, in fact, that almost as a joke my sisters bought me the DVD of it and the Christmas special for Christmas that year, and I still have them.
