I NEED HELP!
It says that Maggie Smith appears in this video but I cannot see her at all, and have watched it several times! Could anyone please help me by telling me at what point we see her in the documentary? Thank you!
shareMaggie is one of my all-time favorite actresses. When I first got this tape 15 years ago I watched and watched to spot everyone. Maggie is indeed on the tape, though you'd better not blink or you'll miss her. Matter of fact you probably need the pause button!
During the opening montage (Liza's song), there is a tiny clip of Maggie presenting the 1970 Best Supporting Actor to John Mills. Maggie had won Best Actress the year before but was appearing in an LA stage play at the time. This prevented her from presenting Best Actor that year. Instead Goldie Hawn, the previous year's Supporting Winner, presented that award.
