If you haven't noticed before, watch Sylvester Stallone's reaction when they're announcing the best actor for 1976 (Rocky year). Before they announce the winner he's SO sure that he's going to win the oscar (smiling, fixing his collar, etc.), and the second they say Peter Finch his entire expression and demeanor changes. It is hilarious. He's literally stunned that he didn't win, and you can totally see it in his reaction.

I just noticed that! Indeed, Sly thought it was going to be his year -- and in most respects it was, except for the Best Actor category. Regardless, I'm quite happy with Peter Finch getting the award, but I'm sorry he wasn't alive to receive it. In fact, I'm sad as hell!
