The man's name is Paul Giamatti, who since this film came out, got an Oscar nomination for Cinderella Man.

Evil or what? The guy who acts him is a real cool actor! Fave scene is when Frankie and Amanda turn him blue. That is funny. And then end chase with "Mr. Funny Bones" the monkey.

Annasophia Robb and Denise Nickerson both turned blue and blew up into blueberries in Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory. He should go out with one of them - they'd make the perfect match!
