Funniest action movie ever made?

I can't ever remember laughing harder at unintentional humor in a movie. I mean, the one liners alone are enough to make this movie watchable again and again

"Whatever I lack in brute strength, I TOTALLY make up for with speed and agility"

"Now you're gonna know what it feels like TO DIE!!!"

this is a very underated movie.
