I haven't seen the success of one movie (bad boys) carry a less talented actor so far. Not one line he delivers is funny.

What?? Martin Lawrence is top ten comedian of all time. Go watch his show "Martin" him and Eddie Murphy are the only two actors who mastered playing 3-4 characters in the same film. Check your facts man..

I'm wondering the exact same thing. Even a career at McDonald's would be too ambituous for him.

Well comedy is subjective so that's fine if you don't think his work is funny. Obviously his brand of comedy over the years doesn't appeal to you but it did to many others who loved his 90's sitcom as well as the movies he did before, during and after said sitcoms existence. Which is how he was able to have the long career he's had.
