Who do you believe was the simplest boss?
For me, I'd have to say the robotic bull.
I had more trouble with Odolwa then with the bull.
As for hard bosses....Majora was the hardest.
and as for creepiest....it's a tie between Gyorg and Odolwa. Odolwa's chanting was just freaky and the creepy thing about Gyorg is....well...Need I say more?

I agree... Goht was pretty easy. Too easy, even. But still fun. It would have been a lot cooler to chase him through canyons and mountains, instead of that lame racetrack loop.
shareI find Twinmold was the easiest boss. I mean, chug some Chateau Romani, and you're in no danger.
As for hardest, I rank Odalwa even above Majora's Mask, considering one's health meter and gear at the time. No, I don't mean using Fierce Deity mask against Majora's Mask, that makes it far too easy. But with the ample health bar gained by going through all the dungeons and such before Majora's Mask, coupled with a couple of side quests for some more hearts, it's still a rather intense fight, but not too difficult.
Odalwa, however, always manages to screw me up when I've got 3 hearts and nothing but a crummy sword. I blame the bugs he drops.

Ranked easiest to hardest (in my opinion):
- Goht
- Twinmold
- Gyorg
- Odolwa
- Majora's Mask/Wrath/Incarnation
I found Odolwa easy and Goht hard. I've beaten Odolwa twice without losing even half of my health, but I've died fighting Ghot.
