When Frank is pretending to be a doctor he goes to examine a kid who was apparently injured in a bicycle accident, it was established that he worked the 12AM - 8AM shift and it was raining very hard out, why would a kid have been on a bicycle?

If the ERs of that day were anything like the ERs of today, that kid had injured himself during normal kid hours and it took that long for the doctor to see him.

Was the actual time of accident specified or only Franks working hours as the kid was early teens so possibly could of been doing a paper round in the early hours of the morning say 6am?
