Car Scene: "Up In Smoke" Connection

I always appreciate how annoyed Tom Hanks' character is with the FBI underlings. He asks if they would like ice cream, so he buys it for them like they are a couple of kids.

In "Up In Smoke" Stacy Keach has to deal with similar losers. One of them shoots out the car's tire. He gets mad and makes them all sit in back like bad children!
