Is this movie better than the first one? I enjoyed the first quite a bit but the rating for this movie is low as hell.

The first is one of my favorite action movies of all time, In my top 5 actually.
When I was this I believed in the bottom of my heart that it was the worst movie ever made.. Until I saw "The Room". Plot, Script, Characters, Choreography, everything was terrible. I thought they were trying to make it a laughable movie.
