Christine Sheve's daughter

I've looked through at least ten sites, but no one has a credit for her. I know that the character name is Victoria Sheve, but I don't know who played her.

Having watched this twice in a short amount of time, the more I look at her, the more familiar she seems... Any help is apreciated.
