It's so nice that Susie...

Is still with the show, yelling and cursing out Larry! What a sweetie pie! :)

Yeah, but she got a bunch of make-up or plastic surgery and she can no longer really pull off the hag role. Just my opinion.

The straightened hair is a mistake, too. When it was wiry it gave her character more of an earthy jolt.

Yes, her debut when Larry was talking to Jeff seemed really forced, and irritating, but not in a funny way.

The thing is Suzie is not funny because she is a bitch, she is funny because she has the same reaction anyone would have to Larry as he works their last nerve. Larry drives her over the edge in his particular way.

I think what is not funny about this show is that they did not learn or develop anything about these characters, they just set them up to do the same things they did in previous seasons ... there is nothing better about this season, so it is the same, warmed over and kind of boring and predictable.

There is no real next revelation about why Larry is Larry or what he is trying to do as his Larry character. The - Larry is just Larry is like Trump is just Trump ... it's boring and it doesn't go anywhere, which is what you need for a sitcom. They all just wanted to milk this for money without really doing anything for it ... we have been FOISTED!

It could get better. And as I recall, none of the characters changed much in the previous seasons except Cheryl, who came and went re: their marriage.
