most obnoxious secondary characters

for me one of them has got to be cliff cobb from the "trick or treat" episode. what the hell does he care whether or not larry's playing golf? like, both times when somebody asked larry what he was doing cliff was giving him this leering look as if he should feel guilty for doing some sort of physical activity. and the salad, oh my god what an angry jerk.
i also couldn't stand the woman who got angry because larry accidentally tipped her off about her surprise party by showing up late with a gift. TONS of people catch on to the fact that they might be about to walk into a surprise party, myself included--she couldn't be just grateful and excited anyway?

and yes i know it's a tv show but let's just act as if it's not for discussion's sake.
